Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and automate Palo Alto Networks NGFW and SASE solutions across customer environments
Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and/or Python
Integrate cloud networking and security architectures across at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement scalable and secure network topologies
Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues across cloud and on-premise environments
Deliver automation-based configuration, migration, and operational support as part of customer engagements
Work closely with global professional services teams to ensure consistent, high-quality solution delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, subnetting, VPNs, and load balancing)
Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud networking and connectivity (VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway, VPN, Peering)
Practical experience in network and infrastructure automation using at least one tool: Terraform, Ansible, or Python
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and network security architectures
Proven ability to troubleshoot and automate complex infrastructure environments
Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills
Preferred
Experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Panorama, or Prisma SASE
Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git-based automation pipelines
Industry certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity domains (e.g., PCNSE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNP, etc.) are a plus
