Assessing, planning and coordinating training sessions
Performing end-to-end learning and development

Participating in the development of conferences, instructive seminars, presentations and speeches for community and civic organizations and the general public
Identifying training needs, providing guidance and training to customers or less experienced staff
Producing videos, pictures, and photographs for use in support of training, marketing, and presentations
Serving as a resource in the development and implementation of outreach communication
Performing job responsibilities with minimal supervision
Performing other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Three (3) years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Training & Dev Spec 2 (GSP121)
