Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive media buying strategies, conduct market research, and identify target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness
Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and the Google Display Network
Allocate and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring all initiatives stay within financial targets and deliver ROI
Continuously monitor campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
Track campaign metrics, interpret performance data, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Work with creative teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and videos align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience as a Media Buyer
Proficiency in Google Ads
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics to interpret campaign performance
Proven experience in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
Knowledge of attribution modeling and performance measurement methodologies
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong budget management capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience within marketing agencies
Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager
