Responsibilities
Travel to the homes & worksites of local customers to diagnose vehicle concerns and make necessary repairs
Advise customers on the next steps required for completing a more complex diagnosis/repair
Deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Some post-secondary automotive training
At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience
Certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
Unrestricted driver's license
Clean driving record
Strong technical performance record
Strong physical dexterity and stamina
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
Positive attitude
Professional appearance
Great communication skills
Ability to deliver world class customer service
Preferred
Ford and/or Lincoln FSA Certifications
