Mid LevelRight Fit Advisors is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will own projects end-to-end for their modern fintech platform. The role involves designing, building, and shipping features, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Building new features and improving existing ones
Jumping into design discussions and shaping architecture decisions
Writing clean, well‑tested code (and reviewing others’ work too)
Helping resolve production issues when they pop up
Working closely with sales, support, and product teams to keep customers happy
Documenting your work so the team can learn and grow together
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in TypeScript and Node.js
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize, etc.)
Comfort with Git workflows and writing tests
Preferred
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus)
Bonus points if you've worked with NestJS, Redis, Docker, or fintech systems
