Marketing Manager - HVAC / PHA

Victaulic is seeking a Marketing Manager for their HVAC Business to drive the global strategic planning and execution of the annual marketing communications plan. This role involves overseeing marketing strategy and execution in the US market while collaborating with regional partners globally.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global marketing strategy and annual marketing plans for HVAC business in alignment with worldwide growth objectives
Lead direct execution in the US market while coordinating strategic implementation through regional marketing partners globally
Collaborate with regional marketing partners to ensure global strategy is appropriately resourced, localized, and prioritized for their specific markets while maintaining brand consistency and strategic alignment
Ownership of promotional campaign strategy including annual print and digital advertising plan
Ownership of tradeshow and event strategy including annual plan
Ownership of public relations and thought leadership initiatives
Ownership of globally aligned content development strategy and plan including sales enablement tools
Interface with global sales leadership, corporate and regional marketing partners, and business teams to conceptualize, manage and implement integrated communications plans required for cohesive global marketing of HVAC products and solutions
Coordinate with market intelligence and strategy development functions to leverage market insights and voice-of-customer data in construction of marketing communication efforts that break through channel noise
Responsible for leading and developing a team of direct reports focused on US market execution while driving strong coordination and communication with regional marketing partners
Plan, execute and provide onsite support for HVAC market tradeshows and events as required
Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical plans across collateral (technical, marketing, training), digital (social, website, video, email, SEO), public relations, conferences and events, and advertising
Identify problems and work collaboratively to resolve issues holistically and in the best interest of the team, department and Victaulic
Work impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, and Process Quality

Required

College degree in marketing and/or communications desired
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing
Construction or HVAC industry experience highly desired
Experience leading one or more direct reports

Preferred

Knowledge of HVAC industry, products, applications, and marketing resources preferred
Strategic Marketing Expertise: Understanding of strategic integrated marketing campaigns and their elements, with ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies for technical B2B markets
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to clearly present complex technical information
Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives
Leadership & Collaboration: Robust collaboration and leadership skills with good human relations abilities to develop cooperative work relationships inside and outside the department
Technical Proficiency: Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, and current Internet technologies
Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate and interact effectively with outside vendors, customers, and sales force
Team Player Qualities: Strong solutions-oriented mindset, attention to detail, sense of urgency, growth mindset, and dependable team player approach
Global Perspective: Ability to work independently when required as well as work well across regions/time zones as part of a global team
Enterprise Experience: Experience working in a global enterprise
