Responsibilities
Design, configure, activate and support the education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants
Provide quality work products to multiple solutions and the consultants that are supporting the program
Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Ensure that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to customer satisfaction
Work closely with Learning Instructors to understand and manage customer expectations
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family
Ability to operate independently to provide quality work products to multiple solutions
Ability to perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment
Experience implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Knowledge of Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
Experience ensuring quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
Ability to work closely with Learning Instructors to understand and manage customer expectations
