InternTexas Rangers Baseball Club is seeking Camera Operations Interns to join the Cleburne Railroaders team. The intern will be responsible for capturing live game action and fan experiences, working closely with the production staff to ensure high-quality broadcasts.

Must be available for all gamedays
Serve as a key member of the game day production staff, operating both mobile and stationary cameras to capture live game action and fan experiences
Work closely with the promo lead to coordinate live shots and fan engagement elements throughout the game
Collaborate with the technical director to ensure high-quality broadcast shots and smooth video transitions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be available for all gamedays

Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions
The ability to work independently and in a team setting
Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events
Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude
The ability to have fun while performing any task
Be a leader in customer service
