Salesforce Platform Manager
International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is an organization focused on fostering dialogue and cooperation between Jews and Christians. The Salesforce Platform Manager will oversee the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals while managing configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities
Oversee configuration of objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, automations and integrations with third-party systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
Lead or support Salesforce-related projects, including enhancements, migrations, and integrations. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Monitor system performance, deploy Salesforce updates and ensure data integrity and compliance
Maintain documentation for system architecture and processes. Ensure that development adheres to best practices and complies with security and data standards
Work with internal teams or external partners to ensure high-quality configuration and code
Identify, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents to keep department and institutional knowledge current
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Three to seven years of Salesforce experience (administration, platform management, or similar)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure, automation tools (Flows), reporting, and security
Experience managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders
Experience using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
Background in managing outsourced teams or consulting partners
Salesforce Administration skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, and all levels of management
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal direction
Ability to learn new software and applications independently
Superior organizational and time management to meet deadlines
Attentive to detail while able to see the 'big picture'
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with integration tools/APIs (MuleSoft, and Talend, etc.)
A passion for the mission of the organization
Preferred
NPSP experience preferred
Preferred experience with Salesforce NPSP and Marketing Cloud
Project management experience is preferred
