Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone calls and email outreach to prospective business clients
Qualify leads and assess client needs to recommend appropriate services
Deliver product/service presentations and confidently handle objections
Manage a sales pipeline and follow up regularly to move deals through the funnel
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and deals in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls each day
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
