Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools, positioning Socure as an AI-native enterprise
Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks, orchestration engines, and internal tools that accelerate product development, data science, and business operations
Drive the adoption of GenAI techniques across every department—GTM, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and beyond—to augment decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance productivity
Partner with leaders across the business to design tools and workflows that improve velocity, reduce manual effort, and enhance transparency in day-to-day operations
Establish systems and practices that ensure internal processes are intelligent, auditable, and continuously optimized for speed and accuracy
Leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms to create differentiated internal solutions that can’t be bought off the shelf
Work closely with the CTO and executive team to align automation investments with strategic priorities, ensuring measurable ROI across departments
Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and regulatory frameworks to ensure Socure leads the industry in secure, compliant, and intelligent internal systems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership roles overseeing multiple teams or departments
Proven success building and scaling workflow systems, orchestration frameworks, or internal developer/business platforms
Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/GenAI applications
Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency across both technical and business teams
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems that improve internal operations at scale
