Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is required
Must be able to reliably commute to our call center location
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
