Senior Partner Manager North America (f/m/x)

The Senior Partner Manager will drive strategic partnerships and business development efforts to achieve significant revenue growth and build a robust partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles — preferably in SaaS, geospatial, infrastructure, or energy sectors
Proven track record of building new business areas or partnerships from scratch and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue growth
Demonstrated success in developing partner ecosystems, managing complex deals, and structuring scalable GTM frameworks
Strong entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity — you create structure rather than wait for it
Exceptional presentation and communication skills — capable of crafting business cases and partner pitches that inspire action
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
Willingness to travel up to 20% across the Americas
Experience working with or selling to utilities, energy, or rail companies
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or data-driven B2B environments
Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus
Experience negotiating with large system integrators or management consultancies is a plus

Required
