Real Estate
Responsibilities
Manage new vendor set up and maintain vendor records
Ensure vendors are in compliance with insurance requirements
Manage invoice imaging/scanning process and resolve workflow issues
Preparing and organizing high volume weekly check runs
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve vendor issues
Use Yardi to process and file annual 1099 forms in accordance with IRS regulations
Reconcile vendor statements with the accounting system records as requested
Produce accurate reports and present results as requested
Drive effective accounts payable policies and procedures
Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable accounting experience, ideally within the real estate industry
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Payscan is required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Coordinate workflow and task tracking through Asana to maintain project timelines
