Responsibilities

Coordinate the tactical execution of communication projects, taking an active role in all stages from planning to reviewing to completion

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all 2D projects

Maintain timelines by proactively communicating upcoming dates and troubleshooting issues that may disrupt them, ensuring all final commit dates are met

Coordinate communication and collaboration between creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders

Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, expectations, and progress

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any risks, issues, or roadblocks that may impact project success

Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed department, development, and marketing expectations and are delivered on time

Manage project documentation, including briefs, statements of work, and project reports

Collaborate with the Resource Manager to ensure that projects are adequately staffed

Provide regular project status updates to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders

Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field required

Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required

Minimum 6 years of experience managing projects for a wide variety of marketing materials in an agency or corporate creative setting required

Preferred

Experience using Workfront or other project management platforms

Knowledge about the development and design of online sites
