Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical materials and products, including but not limited to conduit, wiring, switchgear, panels, lighting, and control systems

Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization

Translate design team’s insights into detailed product concepts and design specifications

Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturers to ensure design intent, manufacturability, and production efficiency

Manage and execute product testing, including prototyping and design verification, to ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulations

Coordinate with sourcing and supply chain partners to select materials and manage vendor relationships

Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify risks and opportunities

Track and directly report project status updates to the Sr. Product Development Manager
