Qualification

Ohio LPN licenseCPR certificationDirect care nursing experienceLong term care experienceGraduate of nursing program

Required

Graduate of approved nursing program
Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
CPR certification
At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice
