Calculate and process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans

Analyze and validate data to ensure accurate commission calculations

Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts and calculations

Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure alignment and understanding of commission structures and payouts

Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports

Assist in the development and implementation of new commission plans and structures

Continuously review and recommend process improvements for commission calculations

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
