Responsibilities
Develop analog IP blocks to meet requirements of various products. Generate all necessary collaterals including documentation and integration guides
Perform simulation, validation, and testing of circuits using industry-standard tools
Update existing IP designs to serve the needs of various design team
Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance circuit design workflows, including optimization, predictive modeling, and automated verification
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, documentation, and presentation skill
A positive, can-do attitude
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing analog IP blocks: TIA, Bandgap, ADC, DAC, temperature sensor, LDO, and OTP fuse block designs
Fluency in virtuoso design environment from schematic capture to GDSII
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., neural networks, optimization algorithms, reinforcement learning)
Track record of designs that resulted in high-volume manufacturing
MS and 12+ years'/PHD and 8+ years' experience in electrical engineering or similar field
Layout floor planning and design experience
Verilog-A modeling
Preferred
Background designing RF circuits such as LNA or PA
Hands on experience using analog lab equipment
Python programming
Proficiency in on-chip and off-chip isolation techniques to prevent digital interference
