Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Database Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! The role involves performing routine database maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to integrate database systems with applications.

Responsibilities

Perform routine database maintenance such as backups, indexing, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues like performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems
Monitor database systems for high availability and performance
Implement and maintain database security, including access controls and patching
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
Collaborate with other teams to integrate database systems with applications
Document database configurations, processes, and architecture

Required

An active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years
Level 2: BS + 5 years experience
Level 3: BS + 10 years experience
Proficiency in DBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning
Experience with cloud database services
Experience with scripting languages for automation
