Responsibilities

Facilitates the efficient operation of the Hargis Leadership Institute by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
Supports the Director and the Endowed Chair through scheduling, organization, and other administrative duties

Required

High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Five years of experience in an administrative role. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to complete multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Strong supervisory, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Able to keep expense reports on Excel
Social media proficiency
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities

Preferred

Bachelor's
Administrative support experience working with Director-level positions or above
Experience working with key leaders or executives
Expertise in social media
