Responsibilities

Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights that support new business processes and refine existing ones
Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries efficiently to meet business objectives
Create and maintain detailed reports that combine narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences
Continuously evaluate and enhance data mining and enrichment processes, developing tools and programs to identify new opportunities
Lead and manage small data projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Work closely with other departments to align data insights with organizational goals
Build custom reporting queries for Business Operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
Minimum of five years' expert experience with Microsoft SQL
Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
SQL experience in a Big Data environment
Ability to proactively develop innovative solutions while balancing multiple tasks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience with medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred
