Responsibilities

Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team
Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences
Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency
Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence
Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies

Required

Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities
Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
