Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings, illustrations, work instructions, and specifications to determine layouts and sequences of operations
Assemble, install, and connect parts, fittings, and assemblies on aircraft using hand and power tools
Learn and apply techniques for installing solid rivets used in aircraft construction
Inspect and test installed units, parts, systems, and assemblies for fit, alignment, and compliance using measuring instruments and test equipment
Perform installation or assembly duties such as electrical, plumbing, advanced fabrication, rigging flight controls, and installing class-one fasteners
Assist with assembly of major structures and install subassemblies such as bulkheads, fuselage panels, rudders, flaps, and elevators
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
Maintain professionalism, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn

Required

High School diploma or GED required
0–5 years of experience in aviation or manufacturing
Familiarity with hand and power tools required
Ability to learn quickly, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude essential
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Valid driver's license required
U.S. work authorization required
