Responsibilities

Maintain centralized collaboration systems

Handle centralized network management

Deploy new network equipment and process break/fix requests

Monitor device health via SNMP monitoring systems

Cross-train into other areas of responsibility on the Network Team

Configuration of routing, switching and voice gateways on network equipment from various manufacturers

Configuration of SNMP monitoring systems

Documentation of network through drawings, formal documentation and change control process

Required

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related degree field with relevant experience

In lieu of Bachelors Degree, 10 years directly related professional level voice systems administrator experience plus a current Cisco Certified Network Professional-Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) certification

6 years: Experience with on-premise Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and auxiliary applications

1 years: Experience with enterprise network routing, switching and SNMP monitoring systems

1 years: Experience with Fortinet, Cisco and/or Aruba network equipment

A valid/clear driver's license is required
