Responsibilities

Prepare network and telecom equipment for deployment, including unboxing, labeling, and organizing hardware
Complete basic device configuration using established procedures and standardized templates
Assist with inventory control, asset tracking, and documentation updates
Perform simple troubleshooting tasks such as cable verification, port checks, and basic connectivity testing
Support phone provisioning and workstation-level setup activities as directed
Maintain accurate records of work performed and update tickets or documentation as required
Follow departmental procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to build knowledge of network and telecom operations
Other duties as needed and assigned

Required

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus

Follow departmental procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
