Accel Club is building a portfolio of successful global brands and is seeking a Junior E-commerce Operations Lead to help drive one of them forward. This role offers the opportunity to oversee performance and support decisions that directly shape brand growth while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)
Conduct audits of product listings and recommend optimizations
Track marketplace and industry changes to ensure brand compliance and competitiveness
Coordinate with internal teams on supply, support, brand management, and marketing operations
Collaborate on pricing strategies, product opportunities, and growth initiatives
Help maintain account health and proactively resolve operational issues
Support onboarding of new brands and expansion across marketplaces
Track competitors and provide actionable insights on trends and white-space opportunities

Required

2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or teams
Solid Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow quickly in an entrepreneurial environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus
