The Product Lead for Customer Enablement will be responsible for overseeing projects that enhance the user experience of benefits for employers and employees, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery and delivery for projects such as spend card, funding, and world class onboarding experiences
Shape product pitches that tie user insight to measurable engagement outcomes
Collaborate with design and engineering to build cohesive, performant experiences across devices
Partner with the Insurance and Investments streams to surface unified benefit data and actions
Ensure the experience is consistent, intuitive, and scales as we add more providers
Qualification
Required
Background as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-minded engineer who's built transactional or fintech products
Strong empathy for users and design sensibility — you care about flow, clarity, and polish
Experience leading small, cross-functional teams shipping end-user products
Ability to make evidence-based product calls while moving fast
Great communicator who can align technical and business context
