Responsibilities
Independently lead multi-discipline technologies on medium to large projects, directing activities of multiple engineers. Accountable for ensuring successful technical delivery and developing customer relationships, enabling continued post-project support services
Act as internal and external technical expert in specific technologies. Accountable for successful application of technology in the organization and supporting customer roadmap of further adoption or enhancement
Support infrastructure network design, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities in a Microsoft OS environment, often utilizing either VMWare or HyperV virtualization platforms. Be able to provide technical leadership and mentoring to less senior engineers
Design, build, and support innovative solutions for customers using Quality Control methodologies. Involves extensive documentation, internal testing, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and site commissioning services
Troubleshoot IT/OT and automation control systems at the virtual, physical network, controller, and I/O level, in order to resolve customer problems in an efficient manner and keep their system running or the project on schedule
Provide lifecycle engineering solutions in the areas of server, workstation, networking, software configuration, digital bus, DeltaV hardware, virtualization, alarm management or other areas of expertise
Provide timely and thorough communication to customers in both written and oral format
Demonstrate an organized and methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
Work towards completion of the DeltaV Field Service Associate certification, as well as other certifications as assigned
Actively involve/inform Account Managers of potential opportunities identified through customer engagements to help drive service expansion and increased customer satisfaction
Drive long-term growth of Stellix Global Services’ IT/OT business through business development, maintaining and improving customer relations, and supporting internal programs for continuous improvement and efficiency
Execute installed-base lifecycle projects within budget and schedule and take ownership for project quality and customer value outcome
Support escalations from 24x7 on-call roster for customer emergencies
Comply with all Stellix Global Services requirements for business processes including time entry, site visit reports and all other documentation according to internal procedures
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
12+ years experience with industrial control system/infrastructure solutions, with at least 8+ years acting a system owner or architect
Must have 5+ experience in validated GMP environments
Proven leadership in project execution, project management, and technical coaching
Possesses deep knowledge of DeltaV, integrations, and infrastructure virtualization
Demonstrated development of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans
Must be able to travel extensively within the New England region
Must be available to support our 24x7 on-call rotation for escalations in client emergencies

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
MS or MBA preferred
Plus if exposed to other regulated industries
