Responsibilities
Manage the mail file creation schedule in line with the production schedules
Provide clear and timely communication of deadlines and due dates
Interact with the client team to ensure strategic direction is effectively translated into data instructions
Clearly communicate mail file criteria in client data requests
Serve as liaison with data vendors during file processing, troubleshooting and escalating as necessary
Monitor file deliverables and proactively keep projects on schedule, ensuring that files are created and delivered on time
Traffic and manage all file related output including final mail files, NCOA changes and finder files
Have an eagerness to learn
Be a team player willing to communicate readily. You will have to work with various internal departments, vendors and clients to complete projects
Assist with additional team and client data support as necessary
Qualification
Required
2-5 years' experience in fundraising, data processing or a related field
Attention to details and demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage competing deadlines
Quick and effective response in delivering the highest quality product
Strong written and oral communications skills to develop relationships and properly communicate with internal constituencies and external vendors
Possess a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment; includes working with a broad range of team members
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Nonprofit fundraising and/or agency experience preferred, with the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and an interest in direct marketing
