Lead project teams from preconstruction through completion on a multi-year, large-scale data center
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and performance to align with company and client objectives
Serve as the primary client liaison and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders
Support and mentor project managers and field leaders to achieve operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and financial management processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive mechanical construction management experience
Proven success leading complex projects exceeding $100M
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
