Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of an enterprise-wide business intelligence strategy, focused on delivering automated, actionable, and visually compelling reporting solutions using Tableau and related BI tools
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of FP&A to define and deliver reporting and analytics capabilities that support executive decision-making, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance tracking
Manage a team of analysts and BI professionals in the design, development, and continuous improvement of dashboards, self-service tools, and automated reporting packages
Oversee the consolidation and automation of fragmented reports across departments into standardized, governed, and user-friendly Tableau dashboards
Own and enhance the BI and reporting infrastructure, including toolsets such as Tableau, Cognos, Alteryx, and data platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SQL
Lead initiatives to increase data literacy and self-service capabilities across finance and operational teams
Drive the automation of recurring reports and manual processes using tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, and VBA to improve efficiency and accuracy
Partner with Accounting, IT, and Enterprise Analytics to ensure data consistency, alignment of metrics, and integration across systems and platforms
Collaborate with the FP&A team to deliver scalable, repeatable reporting frameworks that align with forecasting models and long-term planning initiatives
Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on how data, systems, and analytics can drive business value, streamline operations, and support strategic objectives
Ensure data integrity and governance across BI platforms and reporting environments
Support and enhance secondary systems and tools including TM1 and Cognos, with a focus on their integration into the broader BI strategy
Manage and develop a high-performing team with both technical and financial acumen; promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth
Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence, reporting automation, and financial systems to continuously improve the enterprise data ecosystem

Required

21 years of age
Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting automation, or financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, including dashboard design, Tableau Server administration, and best practices for visual storytelling
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with GCP or other cloud-based platforms is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, and/or VBA for reporting automation and process improvement
Strong understanding of financial concepts and how reporting ties into budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance
Experience working with or supporting financial systems (e.g., TM1, Cognos) in a reporting or integration capacity
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to executive audiences and cross-functional stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex projects, balance competing priorities, and drive adoption of new tools and practices

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA preferred
Experience in hospitality, gaming, or a similarly complex and data-rich industry is a plus
