Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion
Ensure all projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers
Provide expert guidance on civil engineering principles, practices, and methods
Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact analysis
Develop and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff
Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering and incorporate innovative approaches into projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering
Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
Proven experience leading and managing civil engineering projects
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proficient in civil engineering software and tools
Preferred
Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly engineering practices
Active involvement in professional civil engineering societies or organizations
