Supervises, organizes, coordinates, plans, and evaluates the professional services of the Section 8 Program

Reviews the work of subordinates in eligibility, determination client/landlord orientation and mediation, quality control and fraud

Ensures that the program activities adhere to applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures

Combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, political science, sociology, psychology, or related field
