Responsibilities
Provide support to two Account Managers in managing a book of business focused on Commercial Real Estate, Habitational, and Heavy Condos
Assist with quoting new and renewal business
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies and endorsements
Maintain and update client files and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues
Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department by taking on additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
