Responsibilities
Lead a team of Account Executives, with responsibility for Enterprise accounts in the East region
Directly manage a team up to 8 field sales professionals
Build and own the long-term strategy for your region
Mentor your extended team of Inside Sales professionals and Solutions Engineers
Work closely with your peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting and Field Marketing leadership
Qualification
Required
8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
5+ years managing and leading a successful field sales team
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
