They are seeking an accomplished Manager, UX Product Design to lead their growing Product organization, balancing hands-on design responsibilities with leadership duties to support team growth and deliver high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a talented team of designers and leaders that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets

Be responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, and project prioritization

Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products incorporating expertise in UX design, 3D real-time experience design, and workflow design

Cultivate a healthy design process for the team, and be a key contributor to your organization's product strategy, driving business outcomes through design

Effectively communicate your team's product goals (both within the team and outside the team), and connect related projects across the company so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly

Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality

Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, including advancements in Artificial Intelligence, 3D real-time tools, shopping and configurator products
