Responsibilities

Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Utilize your exceptional technical and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in electronic devices accurately
Client-Focused Service: Provide personalized recommendations for problem resolution and communicate complex technical issues in a simple, understandable manner to clients
Repair and Replacement: Offer transparent repair and replacement estimates to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction and confidence in our services
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed industry quality standards, upholding the reputation of our brand
Client Engagement: We greet clients quickly, warmly, answer phone calls professionally, and maintain a positive and friendly environment, setting the stage for superior client experience
Accessory Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest accessory inventory, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored recommendations to clients
Inventory Management: Keep track of all devices and inventory, safeguarding stock and maintaining accurate records using the point-of-sale system
Store Maintenance: Uphold the professional appearance of the store and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times

Qualification

Required

Exceptional client service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and well taken care of throughout their experience
Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices
Superb organizational and cleanliness skills to maintain an efficient and orderly work environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our clients
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

A+ Certification and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), demonstrating advanced technical expertise
Hands-on experience in repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics, showcasing a deeper understanding of the field
Previous work experience in retail electronics or cell phone carrier stores, providing valuable industry insight
