Tri Delta is dedicated to creating safe and comfortable living spaces for its members. As a Housing Intern, you will support interior design projects and facility management while traveling to various chapter houses, gaining valuable project management skills and hands-on experience in the process.

Responsibilities

On-Site Install/Property Improvements

Assist with the install at a facility

Communicate progress/completion of install/property upgrade to Housing staff

Facility Management

Assisting the housing team with facility projects

Performing facility walkthroughs or mapping

Performing facility check-ins after an install has occurred or is in progress

Communicate progress/updates of facility management to Housing staff

Administrative projects

Assist the housing team with administrative projects

These can include, but are not limited to:

Updating stakeholder facing resources

Data entry into budgeting software and Microsoft office products

Marketing material updates and editing

Required

Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented work ethic

Availability and flexibility to travel during May through August 2026

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university

Valid Driver's License

Preferred

Education or experience in interior design

Tri Delta collegiate member in good standing
