Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education

Extensive experience in agriculture

A record of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service

A demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders

Experience with academic leadership roles such as budget management, faculty hiring, scheduling, and academic advising

Experience mentoring and evaluating faculty

Positive interpersonal skills and a team player

Excellent communications skills

Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills

Commitment to continuous process improvement

Preferred

A Ph.D. in an agricultural discipline (specifically agricultural business or crop science/agronomy) is preferred although other candidates with significant relevant experience will be considered
