The Channel Partnerships Director will support sales leaders and teams to drive bookings through partner relationships, while developing and managing key partner relationships and contributing to strategic planning for channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Leadership to determine field alignment for COI channel partners

Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals and grow bookings; this includes in-market visits, training, field rides and subject matter support on the Paycor COI value proposition

Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with partners

Coordinate with COI Marketing to align various marketing campaigns, strategies and costs to support applicable regions

Develop and manage new assigned COI partner relationships

Function as the Paycor point of contact with C-level executives of assigned broker and technology partners

Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor leadership and partner leadership

Responsible for channel bookings and activity goals for assigned region
