Write personalized outreach (we use Claude AI as your research assistant, but you're the strategist crafting the message)
Run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn + email, learn what works where)
Book qualified meetings (meetings people actually show up to)
Track everything (acceptance rates, reply rates, show rates – optimize relentlessly)
Document what works (so others can learn from your wins)
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates, not current students
Professional maturity to represent the company to real prospects
Ability to build targeted account lists using precision targeting
Research decision makers deeply using LinkedIn and company sites
Write personalized outreach messages
Run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
Book qualified meetings that people actually show up to
