Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing

Required

5+ years of extensive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing
Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in data center, e-commerce and fulfillment, and mixed use development
Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills
Admission to the Washington State bar or meet the requirements to waive in

Preferred

Experience with industrial and data center leasing is a plus, but not required
