Prime Finance is a fast growing, diversified commercial real estate credit investment platform. The intern will join one of the origination teams to help source and close bridge real estate investment opportunities, create cash flow models, perform market research, and assist in due diligence and investment memorandums.

Responsibilities

Build initial property cash flow model to assess financing request

Conduct market research

Contribute to internal deal write-ups and/or final investment memorandums

Familiarize yourself with Prime’s business lines and market positioning

Qualification

Financial modeling in ExcelGeneral knowledge of Argus EnterpriseBusiness writing skillsCapital structuresMicrosoft OfficeInterest in real estateInterest in finance

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field in progress; preferred graduation date Spring/Summer 2027

Interest in real estate and/or finance

Strong business writing skills and ability to concisely compile information into a clear presentation format

Experience in financial modeling in Excel and general knowledge of cash flow modeling

General knowledge of Argus Enterprise

General knowledge of capital structures (difference between debt and equity)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
