Responsibilities
Shape and ship new pension, savings, and investment features for employers and employees
Lead integrations with pension and investment providers, including master trusts bundling life or income protection cover
Build transparency for users — contributions, balances, and performance insights
Work with finance, compliance, and design to ensure accuracy and simplicity in equal measure
Coach engineers and designers to deliver high-impact, well-scoped cycles
Qualification
Required
Experience with investment, pension, or wealth-management systems
Product leadership background (founder, PM/EM hybrid, or senior engineer turned lead)
Analytical mindset and comfort with financial and regulatory data
Track record of shipping user-facing financial products end-to-end
Clear communicator who can align commercial, technical, and design perspectives
