Responsibilities
Maintain grounds free of trash, leaves, and broken branches
Ensure completion of all service requests, work orders, and other tasks as assigned
Inspect the community on an ongoing basis, recording, and correcting deficiencies
Help conduct ongoing preventative maintenance
Deliver notices to residents
Responsible for being on-call in the event of an emergency
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Organizational and maintenance skills
Self-motivated
Ability to take direction well
Reliable transportation to get to work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Property maintenance: 1 year
Bilingual in English and Spanish
