Responsibilities

Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyse white space and product knowledge to optimize partner engagement strategy
Achieve revenue retention and new business/revenue KPIs for the partner account and indirect customer relationships
Facilitate high value transactions that deepen our partner relationships and provide value for end customers accessing our content through the partner platforms
Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integration and identify new business opportunities
Penetrate partner organizations across different functions and levels to establish, maintain and develop key partner relationships, with a focus on senior level engagement to influence new opportunities
Contribute to team’s operational and reporting framework requirements in order to drive overall team effectiveness
Manage and anticipate escalations around partner reporting and engagement to ensure compliance with license terms

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or data industries
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners at senior and executive levels
Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal structuring and execution
Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships
Experience working in team environments to drive towards common goals
