Production Manager, Non-Scripted, Branded, and Sports
Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and they are seeking an experienced Production Manager in Alternative, Branded and Sports Production. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of original content production for The Roku Channel, ensuring successful collaboration across departments from pre-production through delivery.

Responsibilities
Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal stakeholders/teams (Creative, Post Production, Finance, Business and Legal Affairs, and Marketing) to ensure all parties receive necessary production information in a timely manner and align on strategy from greenlight through final delivery
Track and manage all show related costs, and production timelines; keeping stakeholders apprised of status and any issues that may arise and communicate any and all changes to both internally and externally
Work with external partners including Showrunners, EICs, and Line Producers to prepare and vet show budgets and schedules, providing feedback on viability and risks
Travel to set when necessary to evaluate work-flow, budgets and potential problems
Work with Production Finance to evaluate and track over/under via cost reports
Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results
Maintain and update internal and external facing documents related to Production specifications, resources, calendars, contacts and various other tools and resources
Qualification
Required

Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, fluid environment by simultaneously supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery)
Excellent production and project management abilities; with a healthy mix of both technical and logistical skills and the competence to see the bigger picture while managing the details
Self-motivated, proficient multi-tasker, able to stay organized, make decisive decisions and implement solutions, where necessary, with a high volume of projects in simultaneous phases of production
Inclusive team player who operates in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Strong working knowledge of budgeting including market rates on labor, gear and facilities as well as guild and union guidelines
Preferred
10+ years of professional / Production Management specific experience at a senior level working within all genres of unscripted programming (reality, live, documentaries, game shows, competition shows) for network and/or streaming platform
Experience with short form branded and live productions
Strong relationships with the unscripted entertainment community – including Line Producers, EIC's, Production Accountants, Production Companies, Studios, etc
Proficiency in Frame.io, Confluence, Airtable, Movie Magic Budgeting, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Google Suite
Familiar and experienced with the current trends and workflows for both HD and 4K
Understanding of live broadcast environment is a plus
