Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the controls business unit. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Develop detailed proposals, quotations, and project specifications based on customer needs. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of controls solutions
Plan and execute webinars with sales agents for new products, changes, and updates to controls products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including facility managers, engineers, contractors, and procurement specialists. Provide customer support throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in controls systems
Input regular sales activity in sales CRM tool and provide updates to management
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on new product features, selection software updates, and new digital products
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong technical knowledge of industrial controls products and applications

Willingness to travel up to 25%
