The Motion Graphics Editor will collaborate with directors and cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals for various projects, including product launches and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with directors to execute and refine motion graphics projects
Handle editing tasks including segment assembly, motion graphics, and light sound design
Apply feedback from directors and stakeholders during revision cycles
Lead discovery sessions with product, marketing, and content teams to define creative objectives
Research trends, competitor visuals, and motion design benchmarks to inform creative development
Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout projects
Oversee junior designers or production artists, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences for campaigns, product launches, and social media content
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design
Proven ability to lead creative discussions and present concepts
Experience producing motion graphic assets from concept to final output, including typography, transitions, and visual effects
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and design fundamentals
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, production-ready animations
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team
Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects
English at C2 level or native proficiency
Proficiency in tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender
Preferred
Experience in 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
Background in marketing, advertising, film, or digital media production
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
